Where are you located?

Our main office is in Florida but we are nationwide in all 50 states.

I can't afford an Attorney... So what do I do now?

You are not alone. Most people can not afford an Attorney. But you can still go to court professionally using whats called Limited Scope Service. This option is a lot more affordable. Typically our prices are 80%-90% less than an attorney. All pricing is flat rate. There are no hourly fees or extra fees from us of any kind.

I can't afford the $800-$1500 immediately... do you have a payment plan?

We have payments plans that average between $40-$80 a month based on approved credit with our lender. That could be in your name or any friend or family member willing to put it in their name. If you are not approved we would need half down and half in 30 days.

Can I get  free consultation?

All consultations are free and we take appointments between the hours of noon and 8 pm EST seven days a week. So we are very easy to reach. Just fill out the form on the contact page and you will be getting a call ASAP but no later than 24 hours.

How long is all this going to take?

All paperwork will be completed in approximately three weeks. All court preparation will be done within the week prior to your court date.
